WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01249 713985 and we will sort it out for you.
If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us by email or phone, quoting your order number and we will investigate.
THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT SHALL I DO?
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We carefully package items for shipping. If your item arrives damaged please contact us and we will advise on how to proceed. Please retain the item and its packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, items can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a return within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase to:

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received by us, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU DON’T ACCEPT AS A RETURN?
We are unable to accept returns of earrings and pants (for hygiene reasons), liquids, fragrance (including home fragrance), food items and products made to order. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes if the item is available, but please be aware this might not always be possible. Please get in touch via email or phone to request and exchange and check availability before returning the item.
