This Opinel Outdoor No. 7 Junior is an outdoor pocket knife for children. The rounded tip reduces the risk of puncture accidents. The edge is sharp, but sharp edges won't lead to accidents as fast as blunt edges. This is because you don't have to apply as much pressure.

The N°07 Outdoor Junior knife is the ideal knife for young adventurers and sportspeople. With a whistle integrated into the resistant polymer handle, this knife is your ideal companion for: scouts, camp, hiking, sailing and other water activities.

A round ended tip for added safety, also perfect for picnic, to spread butter and make sandwiches  Opinel use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, which is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N° 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport). 

The handle withstands shocks, water and high temperatures. It is equipped with a whistle. The stainless steel blade is solid and sharp. The safety ring blocks the blade in open position and closed position.
