Jones The Bones Bath Salts

Created by Jones The Bones Founder and Osteopath George Jones, to use after treatment sessions. Helpful to use after strenuous training sessions to help reduce Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). Handmade by an all-female workforce.

If you can safely get in and out a bath, it is well worth trying Jones The Bones Bath Salts in your evening bath.  Many patients report a significant improvement in their night’s sleep after using these Bath Salts.

Once run, add some bath salts to your full bath, swirl to dissolve. Get in straight away and soak for at least 20 mins. Enjoy the essential oil aroma and magnesium rich mineral salts. When you get out, gently pat yourself dry. Put on warm comfortable clothes and lie down comfortably for 15-20 mins. Have an early night.
