These adorable hand-made designs began life as drawings inspired by seaside life in Dorset. The ingenious idea for Pencil Shavings Cards came from a child's pencil case; the night before a new term of school there are an awful lot of blunt pencils to sharpen, leaving a sea of colourful and rather beautiful pencil shavings...
They are carefully and simply line-drawn, with humour and heartfelt sentiments and are always hand-finished with an appropriately coloured and shaped shaving - perennially popular in our Corsham shop.
